Not 100% happy with your purchase ? No problem, send it on back and we'll find a good home for it. Please notify us by email to contact @ ftkclothing.com that you will be returning your purchase and include your order sheet with your order so we can identify who to refund to. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, without traces of perfume, fake tan or any other signs of use. Please do not send back items if you fall outside our guidelines of 14 days as you will have to pay a re postage fee. Any faulty products must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving.

We do not offer an exchange, you may return your order and buy again.
Please note: Every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments online but as computer monitors may vary, your monitor may display a slightly darker or lighter colour.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on products that are of an intimate nature ie underwear or jewelry. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment that same day. PayPal refunds are instant but banks can take up to 5 - 7 working days to put the monies back into your account.
Please note You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs . Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In-stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours of the same or next working day. Once your order has left our warehouse we will email you to notify you and we will include your tracking number.If you are outside the EU sometimes additional taxes, impost duties may apply. Do we deliver to the UK?
Yes, standard delivery is 2-8 working days. A signature will be required on receipt and if you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card with information on where to collect.
Do we deliver to Europe?
Yes, standard delivery is 4-14 working days. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
Do we deliver to the rest of the world?
Unfortunately we don't deliver to every country. If your country is not on a list at checkout please contact us and we can look into a possible delivery to your country. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Can I have a different delivery address?
Sorry but we ONLY ship to the address on the billing for security and prevention of fraud.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
No. We do not deliver to P.O. BOX addresses for security reasons.
