Delivery information

• Orders will be dispatched within 24hours of the same or next working day ( unless pre orders)
  
• All purchases are insured by us while in transit until they are delivered to you.
• All deliveries are sent via tracking and we will email you a tracking code when your item is dispatched.Some deliveries may require a signature.
• You can return your item to us within 14 days if your not happy for any reason.
• Goods will not be shipped to PO boxes for protection of consumers.
• In times of adverse weather conditions or in matters beyond our control, FTK Clothing is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from any failure to meet the stated delivery date however caused.

Returns
Not 100% happy with your purchase ? No problem, send it on back and we'll find a good home for it. Please notify us by email to contact @ ftkclothing.com that you will be returning your purchase and include your order sheet with your order so we can identify who to refund to. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, without traces of perfume, fake tan or any other signs of use. Please do not send back items if you fall outside our guidelines of 14 days as you will have to pay a re postage fee. Any faulty products must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving. 

1. Email us that you are returning your order.
2. Return your order and include your order sheet received with your order.
3. To return your order send to the address given on your order sheet.

Exchange

We do not offer an exchange, you may return your order and buy again.

Please note: Every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments online but as computer monitors may vary, your monitor may display a slightly darker or lighter colour.

 

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on products that are of an intimate nature ie underwear or jewelry. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment that same day. PayPal refunds are instant but banks can take up to 5 - 7 working days to put the monies back into your account.

 

Please note You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs . Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
